LOCATION:
Enjoy a relaxing stay in the coveted Indian Creek, Kissimmee, Florida area which is conveniently located near restaurants, markets, shopping areas and theme parks (5 miles to Disney). See more details about the area at the bottom of this description box.

OVERVIEW:
This inviting and neatly appointed single story Villa houses 2 Master Ensuite Bedrooms and 2 themed twin Bedrooms. It is bright and spacious with high vaulted ceilings and open family spaces including the Kitchen, Dining Room, and large Great Room.

The kitchen is open, leading directly into the dining room and great room and contains a handmade oak table for 4. It contains everything you need for your stay, including all the utensils and new stainless appliances. There is a complete set of utensils and formal dinnerware as well as plastic-ware for the kids and pool area. Plastic cups and dishes are ideal for use around the pool.

The spacious and comfortable lanai and pool area is fully screened and fenced for privacy. The upgraded saltwater Pool with Hot Tub, which can be heated, are south facing, allowing for maximum sunlight throughout the day. A removable child safety fence separates the pool from the lanai and doors to the pool are fitted with child security alarms that you can turn off if not need.

There are full washing, drying and ironing facilities and all linen and towels are provided. Our management company is on hand to answer any queries and help with any problems you may encounter. The Garage/Game Room has a Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Dart Board with soft tip darts and fun décor.

POOL / SPA HOT TUB HEAT:
The additional charge is $35/night+tax for the full amount of nights of your stay. Unfortunately, we can not have it on for certain days only. The pool and the Spa/Hot Tub are integrated in the same system. So, the heating system works for both together and not independently. When the heat is ON, The water circulates through the pool and the Spa/Hot Tub together normally staying heated to a comfortable temperature around 85 deg. The Spa/Hot Tub heats up to about 102 deg. when the jets are turned on and the heat is diverted to the tub to warm up quickly.
It's very popular to have the heat on year round to be able to swim comfortably and enjoy a soothing soak in the hot tub any time.

IMPORTANT:
As with most rentals, this is a self-catering Villa, so be sure to plan for toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, bath soap, etc. as these are not supplied for the length of your stay.
BUT,
We do provide complimentary Welcome Packs as a convenience for our guests. These are small portion starter supplies to be sure that guests have something to work with upon arrival if they were not able to bring their own required supplies yet.

ABOUT THE AREA:
Indian Creek is one of the closest locations to Disney. Just a few minutes away is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village which has a large supermarket, gift shops and a good selection of restaurants. Some options include TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Chinese and Italian restaurants.

Promenade at Sunset Walk at Margaritaville Resort Orlando is a dining, retail and entertainment complex located at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, just a few miles from Walt Disney World. Sunset Walk is right down the road and is a great place to explore.

Rolling Oaks Common is home to a Super Target supermarket, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Logan’s, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Bonefish Grill, Orlando Ale House, Applebee’s and more. There is a nearby Publix Supermarket and a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart which is about a 10 minutes’ drive.

Easy access to Walt Disney World, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Universal Studio, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aquatica are complemented by the relative proximity to Busch Gardens and Kennedy space Center, both about an hour away. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast is about an hour away and not much more than that will get you to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico coast.

DEPARTURE:
Before departing the home, we would ask that you follow Osceola State re-opening procedures and ensure that all used beds are stripped, with the sheets and pillowcases being placed on a hot wash. Comforters should be folded and left by the side of the beds ready for the cleaning staff to deal with. All used towels should be placed on the floor in the laundry room. Trash should be placed in the outside garbage cans.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
